Our efforts to support communities via outreach have incorporated today's technology and social media platforms by purchasing much needed items for community members who indicated they need assistance by utilizing their established wish list and purchasing those items.

This method is effective because we are not dictating to the community their needs but by responding to their request. They maintain control.
